Next Generation Gundog Training is the Midwest’s premier training facility for companion gun dogs and competitive hunt test and field trial retrievers.  Our lodge and training grounds are located in the rolling hills of southern Minnesota, set on over 100 acres, just south of Rochester.  Our trainers are avid hunters and seasoned competitors that bring their vast experience of both the duck blind and the competition line to your dog’s daily training drills.

Next Generation Chesapeake Bay Retriever and Labrador Retriever puppies have found homes as pets, gun dogs, and top competitive dogs for over a decade. Health is our number one priority at NGD, and drive, trainability, and structural integrity will always be top considerations for the puppies we send home.
